Refund policy

Can I return or exchange products or receive a refund?

In the case of faulty items, we offer refund or replacement. It is essential that you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Important Note: Due to the hand-made nature of our products, colour, shade and size discrepancies occur and are an integral part of the material and may not be deemed to be faulty. Please carefully read product descriptions on our website and note that when viewing photos, colours appear differently on various devices, such as mobile phones, tablets & laptops.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email us through the contact form on this website. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items posted are at the customer’s cost and risk. The Raffia Connection Pty Ltd will not refund customers for any products that it does not receive, or that it receives which are broken or damaged.

Can I cancel my order?

If for some reason you need to cancel your order, please advise us by email immediately. Orders that have already been processed will incur a $5 fee at our discretion.

I’ve changed my mind about my purchase. What now?

Change of Mind Policy:  The Raffia Connection Pty Ltd will not accept a request for a refund if you simply change your mind, unless we choose to do so at our discretion. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your purchase.
