This kit includes everything you need to create a contemporary raffia wall hanging using the Mariposa stitch technique. 

The Raffia Wall Hanging Kit & Online Course (5 COLOURS) includes:

•    Access to the Online Course “Contemporary Wall Hanging – Using Raffia & Mariposa Stitch” by Craft School Oz
•    5 x 50g bundles of coloured raffia from The Raffia Connection or Nutscene (enough raffia for a 40cm wide wall hanging)
•    1 x 50g bundle of natural raffia (un-dyed)
•    1 x Chenille needle 

In this Online Course, suitable for beginning or advanced weavers, you will be guided through the process of creating a stunning modern wall hanging using raffia and Mariposa stitch. You can return to the course as often as you like.

You will learn: 
•    How to begin your project and increase the size of your work.
•    Create different shapes, be innovative and develop your own unique designs.
•    How to finish your piece.

You can choose your own 50g plain colours from our Nutscene or Raffia Connection range. If you'd like to choose your own colours, when you place your order, simply use the Customer Notes section to let us know the names of the colours and how many of each you would like (5 maximum). If no preference is stated, the raffia colours listed above will be provided.
